Over 4+ years, we have delivered more than 10,000 campaigns for global brands in FinTech, Crypto, Gaming, and e-Commerce.\n We are now scaling our international network of advertising agencies and resellers across LATAM, SSA, MENA, and APAC, and we are looking for aPartner Development Manager to attract partners in international markets and build long-term relationships with them.\n Responsibilities:\n Find, attract, and develop resellers in international markets;\n Negotiate and agree on cooperation terms with resellers;\n Build the onboarding process: from first contact to resellers’ first ad campaigns;\n Independently build cold outreach and lead generation: email campaigns, LinkedIn, contact databases;\n Develop a market entry strategy for new regions and markets;\n Grow a network of contacts in the agency community and maintain long-term relationships with partners;\n In parallel, search for direct advertisers (about 30% of your time), coordinating areas of responsibility with regional sales managers;\n Analyze the partner acquisition funnel and make data-driven decisions;\n Sell our performance solutions for direct advertisers through agencies and resellers (Telegram Ads, TikTok Ads, channel placements, mini apps, Telegram bots).\n Requirements:\n Experience in B2B sales or partnership development in digital advertising, primarily attracting advertising agencies or resellers;\n Understanding of how advertising agencies work and how cooperation with them is built, from negotiations to launching the first clients;\n Experience in independently sourcing new partners and running cold outreach: you know how to find contacts, build touchpoint sequences, and manage a funnel;\n Experience building cold outreach infrastructure using automation tools;\n Knowledge of international ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Telegram Ads);\n Solid understanding of performance metrics: CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.;\n An active network of contacts consisting mainly of international agencies;\n Ability to negotiate, build professional relationships, and bring long deals to a successful close;\n Active use of AI tools to improve the efficiency of your work;\n Strong analytical thinking, self-organization, initiative, and readiness to work in conditions of uncertainty;\n English at a negotiation level (B2-C1).\n What we offer:\n Fully remote
