Наши ожидания:

  • Опыт подбора в IT от 3-х лет
  • Знания и опыт оценки soft skills
  • Практическое применение современных источников поиска кандидатов, построение стратегии поиска для каждой вакансии
  • Опыт ведения аналитики и анализа, отработки кейсов по возражениям и спорным ситуациям
