California or New York (member of the bar or Registered In-House Counsel)- Leadership qualities, including the ability to make decisions and interact with clients and colleagues at all levels\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n- A business-oriented mindset and creative approach to problem solving\n- Interest in working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment\n- The ability to work well independently and as part of a highly collaborative team, with proven ability to multitask and set priorities\n- Prior technology, digital advertising, data/privacy, and/or intellectual property experience\n- 6+ years practicing in a top law firm and/or in-house legal department with relevant transactional experience\n- Self-motivation, adaptability, a strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly\n- Excellent business judgment and the ability to assess legal risk while also thinking strategically and providing sound, practical advice under tight
