You can reason carefully about metrics, experiments, uncertainty, and data quality, even when the underlying information is incomplete. You can distinguish a meaningful result from noise\n- 2+ years of product management experience. You have owned product features, experiments, or improvements, partnering directly with Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to take work from a loosely defined problem through a validated launch\n- Ownership and learning speed. You take initiative and develop a thoughtful first pass. You surface risks early, seek feedback before over-investing, and follow through.
