Uphold the core values of the organization and its mission while consistently presenting and promoting brand integrity and standards.\nPRINCIPLE DUTIES:\nCleaning, sanitizing, and organizing all equipment including, but not limited to, dishes, pots, pans, tools, utensils, tables and chairs, and grease traps.\nMaintaining a neat appearance of working areas and employee and customer bathrooms.\nKeep bakery supplies generally organized and tidy.\nAssist in putting away and maintaining the organization of food, paper, and other supply deliveries. \nKeep bakery grounds (inside and out) by: sweeping and mopping all floors, breaking down cardboard boxes, emptying trash cans, taking out recycling, cleaning windows and doors, walls, floor boards, moldings, and base boards. \nDaily transportation of food or other products/items from storage rooms.\nMonitors inventory of cleaning supplies.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:\nPosition requires standing and walking for period of 3-5 hours without a rest break.\nOccasional moderate to heavy lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required.\nRequires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity\nTalking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, coworkers and management\nVision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception\nRequires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment\nREQUIRMENTS:\nHands-on, flexible, and highly responsive.\nHigh energy, positive person who takes pride in his/her work.\nAble to work with a diverse group of people. \nFollows all policies and procedures.\nTakes direction and constructive criticism well, will ask questions if need be.\nUnderstands expectations of role and works within the boundaries of the role. \nOrganized, good time management skills.\nHours of work for this position are approximately 40 hours per week and may include overnights, weekends, and holidays.\nFood sanitation, teamwork, quality focus, job knowledge, safety management, multi-tasking,
