Consistently presenting and promoting brand integrity, product quality and customer service standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nWork directly with the manager on duty to support, direct and motivate staff.\nMaintain open lines of communication with management and staff to contribute to the smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the bakery.\nAssist management with scheduling of breaks and meal periods; supports management with the adherence to policies, procedures, and job assignments. Train staff on Company process, policies, procedures, and job assignments. \nPerform regular daily store activities such as opening and closing procedures.\nPerform good customer service by assisting customers in person or on the phone. Answer product and order inquiries.\nDemonstrate teamwork within the bakery by leading by example and working side by side promoting the ideals of teamwork.\nEnsure each customer receives exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintain outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of exceptional customer service. Effectively directs and leads staff to deliver the same quality service. \nResolve customer problems with a sense of urgency. \nHelp to create a development plan for each FOH employee to maintain full individual potential.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nPosition requires standing and walking for period of 3-5 hours without a rest break.\nOccasional moderate to heavy lifting and carrying, bending, and reaching overhead may be required.\nRequires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity\nTalking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, coworkers, and management\nVision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception\nRequires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.\nQualifications & Ingredients for Success\nMinimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience overseeing 10 or more employees in a food service or retail service environment.\nLeadership skills including strong ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of individuals.\nExcellent communication, supervisory and customer service skills.\nProblem solving and trouble shooting skills.\nHigh energy person able to work in a fast paced environment.\nFollows policies and procedures.\nUnderstands expectations of the
