This position works from the Magnolia Warehouse in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Operations Assistant Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities. \nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \nObtain certifications and operateall Warehouse equipment safely and efficiently \nLead one-on-one floor training for all new department hires, cross-training employees and department shadows as needed* \nUtilize all available technology to create, assign, and complete tasks while also looking for opportunities to enhance processes within the system \nPrint, train, and verify application of accurateproduct tags, carton labels, and shipping labels according to internal management and external customer expectations \nPrioritize and assign tasks according to team goals as detailed by management* \nCommunicate progress, updates, and issues with management and other members of assigned team* \nMaintain accurateinventory by performing proper transactions, including cycle counts, item receipts, transfers, and fulfillments, and following the assigned standard operating procedures* \nComplete assigned daily duties, keeping Magnolia safety regulations as a top priority* \nContribute ideas on ways to improve or optimizewarehousing procedures to management \nPerform other duties as assigned \n*Metrics evaluated on Performance Review \nCOMPETENCIES \nTeamwork: Contribute to a team environment supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Know your role in achieving team goals. \nHard skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RF devices preferred. \nELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS \nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent preferred \n1-3 years of related work experience preferred \nForklift certification requiredupon hire \nMust be available to work weekends, events, and holidays as business needs require \nPHYSICAL DEMANDS \nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit; use hands and arms to reach, handle, feel; utilize fine motor dexterity of fingers; talk or hear and taste or smell. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
