Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Bürokauffrau / Serviceassistentin (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit für die telefonische Kundenbetreuung und administrative Aufgaben.
Aufgaben
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen, Angeboten und Rechnungen
- Bearbeitung von E-Mails, Telefonanfragen und Posteingang
- Termin- und Auftragskoordination
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten
- Erstellung und Pflege von Excel-Listen
- Scannen und Ablage von Dokumenten und Rechnungen
- Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen (Einkauf, Vertrieb, Service)
Qualifikation
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Bürokauffrau/-mann, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Serviceassistent/in)
- Erfahrung in Kundenservice oder Auftragsbearbeitung wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Freundliche Telefonstimme und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
