administratives.\nÀ ce titre, vos principales missions seront :\nAssurer la gestion du courrier entrant et sortant.\n\nRédiger et mettre en forme les courriers, notes et documents administratifs.\n\nAssurer le classement, l’archivage et le suivi des dossiers.\n\nOrganiser les réunions, préparer les supports nécessaires et rédiger les comptes rendus.\n\nÉlaborer et mettre à jour les tableaux de suivi et les rapports administratifs.\n\nAssurer l’accueil téléphonique et orienter les interlocuteurs.\n\nFaciliter la circulation de l’information entre le service Sécurité et les différents interlocuteurs.\n\nVeiller au respect de la confidentialité des informations et des documents.\n\nProfil recherché :\nFormation en secrétariat, assistanat administratif ou dans un domaine équivalent.\n\nUne expérience dans un poste similaire est souhaitable.\n\nBonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques.\n\nBonnes capacités rédactionnelles.\n\nMaîtrise du français à l’écrit, à l’oral et en lecture.\n\nDynamisme, sens de l’organisation, discrétion et respect de la confidentialité, avec de bonnes capacités
