Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Talk to users and identify their biggest pain points.
• Convert problems into product requirements (PRDs).
• Design user journeys and wireframes.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design and AI teams.
• Launch features quickly and iterate based on feedback.
• Analyse product metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Run A/B experiments to improve activation, retention and revenue.
• Use AI tools daily to improve product development speed.
• Build AI-powered learning experiences including: AI Tutors, Personalised Learning, Recommendation Systems, AI Search, Revision Systems, Gamification, AI Content Generation.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of Product Management experience (or exceptional internships/projects).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Understanding of Product Management fundamentals.
• Familiarity with user research and product thinking.
• Basic understanding of AI/LLMs.
• Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor or similar AI tools.
• Ability to write clear PRDs.
• Passion for education and AI.
• Bonus Points: Experience with any of the following: AI Products, EdTech, Consumer Apps, Growth Experiments, SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, Figma, Notion, Jira.
