Execution Responsibilities:\nProvides operational QA execution support through sampling, testing, evidence gathering, documentation and data preparation under the supervision of a QA Specialist, QA Assistant Manager/Officer or QA Manager.\nCore Responsibilities\nPerform assigned QA reviews and testing based on the approved QA plan.\nConduct sample testing and validate transactions/processes against approved SOPs, policies and controls.\nIdentify and accurately document QA findings and exceptions.\nMaintain complete supporting evidence for all QA testing performed.\nRecord QA results accurately in the approved QA systems and templates.\nSupport data collection and preparation of QA dashboards and reports.\nIdentify recurring errors, trends and process weaknesses and escalate them to the QA Specialist/Officer.\nSupport review of corrective actions and remediation evidence.\nAssist in Root Cause Analysis activities as directed.\nPerform assigned SOP and process compliance checks.\nSupport QA spotlights, analysis and other reporting requirements.\nMaintain confidentiality and integrity of all information handled.\nComplete assigned QA activities within agreed SLAs and quality standards.\nFollow the approved QA methodology and immediately escalate unusual or high-risk findings.\nRisk Management Responsibilities\nFollow established QA and risk procedures.\nIdentify potential operational, regulatory and control weaknesses during testing.\nEnsure evidence is sufficient to support identified findings.\nImmediately escalate significant or unusual issues to the assigned QA Specialist/Officer.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.\nProfessional Certification\nNot required.\nPreferred: ISO 9001 awareness, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Quality Management or relevant QA training.\nYears of Experience\nAround 1-3 years of relevant experience\nNature of Experience\nPrior experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Operations, Audit, Data Analysis, Process Management or a similar role is
