根据不同产品需求开展算法可行性研究，制定技术方案、数据采集要求及验证标准。\n\n2. 负责产品相关算法开发，包括生理信号特征分析、多模态融合、人员建模与识别。\n\n3. 参与产品的语音与音频算法研发，根据产品方案开展降噪、语音增强、音质优化或语音重建等工作。\n\n4. 参与基于传感器感知的人体感知算法研发，包括信号预处理、特征提取、人体活动识别及跌倒事件检测。\n\n5. 制定数据采集和标注规范，推动数据集建设，建立覆盖不同人员、设备及使用环境的测试方案。\n\n6. 评估算法准确性、误报与漏报、实时性及资源占用，分析实际场景中的问题并持续优化。\n\n7. 配合嵌入式及后台团队完成算法移植、接口联调、部署和版本维护。\n\n8. 输出算法设计文档、测试报告及接口说明，积累可复用的信号处理与识别模块。\n\n任职要求\n\n1. 本科及以上学历，电子信息、通信工程、计算机、自动化、生物医学工程、数学等相关专业。\n\n2. 具有3年及以上信号处理或机器学习相关研发经验，有智能硬件产品落地经验者优先。\n\n3. 具备扎实的数字信号处理基础，熟悉滤波、频谱分析、时频分析、特征提取及时间序列建模。\n\n4. 熟练使用Python及常用科学计算工具，熟悉PyTorch、TensorFlow等至少一种深度学习框架。\n\n5. 在以下至少一个方向有完整项目经验：生理信号处理、语音与音频处理、无线感知、人体活动识别或多传感器融合。\n\n6. 能够独立完成方案设计、数据分析、模型开发与实验验证，具备跨场景泛化、异常样本分析和误报漏报优化经验。\n\n7. 具备算法工程化能力，能够根据产品要求平衡效果、计算量、内存占用和响应时间。\n\n8. 具备良好的学习能力与跨团队协作能力，能够推进不同智能硬件产品的算法研发。\n\n加分项\n\n- 有ECG、PPG、BIA等生理信号处理或生物特征识别经验。\n\n- 有语音增强、声学建模、语音合成或辅助发声设备研发经验。\n\n- 有雷达感知、跌倒检测或人体行为识别经验。\n\n- 熟悉C/C++，有ARM、DSP或其他嵌入式平台算法部署经验。\n\n-
