Read more about what it’s like working here.\nThe job - what you’d be working on\nWe seek an experienced and highly motivated Solution Architect to join Netadmin’s Professional Services team. As a Solution Architect at Netadmin, you will be the leading expert who guides our customers and designs their implementation to fit their needs best. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing requirements and converting these to proper design documentation. You will also be heavily involved in the development process.\nPrimary responsibilities\nSolution design\nCreate high and low-level designs based on project input. The design defines the overall implementation of a customer project.\nTechnical design\nRefinement and breakdown of the solution design into technical design that will be the basis for our developers.\nWorkshop\nPerform workshops with the customer to analyze and break down use cases and requirements.\nProject management\nInteract with the Project Manager to ensure that the project plan is updated. For smaller projects, the Solution Architect will also take on the role of Project Manager.\nMaintenance\nDesign and implement updates and/or changes of an existing customer’s installation.\nSecondary responsibilities:\nPresale\nInteract with sales and provide technical expertise and estimates in the sales process\nStandardization\nDefining standard packages for reusability and standardized usage.\nSkills and competences\nIdeal candidates will have the following experience, skills, knowledge, and personal characteristics:\nMust have: \nExperience in .NET (C#) development.\nAgile development.\nExperience in analyzing use cases.\nComfortable communicating with customers and leading workshops.\nSolution-driven and structured.\nSwedish and English languages (verbal & written communication)\nUnderstanding of and experience with software product management and development.\nStrong analytical skills in combination with a strategic, action-oriented mindset.\nTeam player and outstanding ability to work with and through others.\nHigh energy and sense of urgency.\nHigh curiosity and ability to investigate and learn new domains and technologies.\nMeritorious\nLinux experience.\nGerman language (verbal & written communication).\nWho you are\nWe're solving problems and delivering next-generation software we are proud of and passionate about customer success.
