Quality Engineer Salesforce\n\nExperience : 6+ Years\n\nLocation : Noida (Hybrid)\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.\n\n- Perform functional, integration, regression, API, UAT, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.\n\n- Review business requirements and solution designs to ensure complete test coverage.\n\n- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, and traceability matrices.\n\n- Execute manual and automated testing across sprint and release cycles.\n\n- Validate Salesforce configurations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, and Flows.\n\n- Coordinate sandbox refreshes, test data management, and release validation activities.\n\n- Identify, log, track, and verify defects through closure.\n\n- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Teams in an Agile environment.\n\n- Contribute to QA process improvements, automation framework enhancements, and CI/CD testing.\n\nMandatory Skills : \n\n- 6+ years of experience in QA Automation Testing.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform Testing.\n\n- Expertise in Playwright Automation Framework.\n\n- Experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.\n\n- Strong knowledge of API/Web Service Testing.\n\n- Experience with Apex Testing, Flow Testing, Sandbox Management, and Test Data Management.\n\n- Good understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and release management.\n\n- Experience with Git/GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\n- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification.\n\n- ISTQB or equivalent QA Certification.\n\n- Experience with Jira and Confluence.\n\n- BDD/ATDD testing practices.\n\nEducation : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
