Ingeniero de Monitoreo SOC ¿Qué harás? Monitorear continuamente la infraestructura tecnológica mediante plataformas especializadas de monitoreo. Detectar, analizar y dar seguimiento a eventos e incidentes de seguridad y operación. Comunicar de forma oportuna el estatus de incidentes y afectaciones a las áreas involucradas. Configurar y administrar alertas para la identificación temprana de anomalías y riesgos potenciales. Realizar el análisis inicial de incidentes y ejecutar el proceso de escalación cuando sea necesario. Documentar incidentes, alertas, procedimientos y actividades operativas conforme a las mejores prácticas. Requisitos: Escolaridad Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información, Telecomunicaciones o carrera afín. Experiencia De 1 a 2 años en monitoreo SOC. Conocimientos indispensables: Herramientas de monitoreo como PRTG, SolarWinds, ManageEngine u Observer. Redes LAN/WAN. Protocolos TCP/IP. Conocimientos básicos de Routing & Switching. Manejo de herramientas de gestión de tickets Conocimientos deseables Firewalls. Switches. Soluciones de antivirus. Conceptos básicos de ciberseguridad y respuesta a incidentes. SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, Splunk, ArcSight o similares). Horario Operación 24/7 con rol de turnos. Turnos: 07:00 a 15:00 hrs. 15:00 a 22:00 hrs. Se trabaja de lunes a domingo con 2 días de descanso de acuerdo con el rol asignado. Ofrecemos Prestaciones de ley.
