The starting pay rate is $15.00 per hour.\nThe Guest Room Attendant will be responsible for overall room cleanliness and replenishment of mini bar amenities to ensure exceptional service to all guests, consistent and continually in accordance with the Autograph Collection standards under the franchise of Mainsail Lodging and Development.\nWhat you have\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nPrevious hospitality experience\nPrior experience in a cleaning position\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written\nStrong customer service skills\nAbility to use technology, e.g., computers, tablets, iPads\nOrganizational skills\nProven experience in working quickly and efficiently\nAbility to take initiative and handle assignments with limited supervision\nA sense of ownership in everything that you do\nWhat you’ll do\nClean and sanitize assigned hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning windows and mirrors, cleaning bathrooms, vents, lobby areas, walls, carpets, and common areas within shift time requirements\nReplenish amenities within guest rooms, including toiletries and minibar\nReport any technology, maintenance, or roomware issues to the Housekeeping Manager\nInteract with all hotel guests in a professional matter; assist as needed and share hotel knowledge\nAssist guests with any special requests, including amenities or any room ware needs\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the housekeeping office and storage area. Ensure carts are cleaned and restocked daily\nPerform turndown service as requested by the guest\nReport any suspicious activity, unusual items, or irregular behavior\nReview daily board and refresh
