do\nOutdoor & Property Maintenance\nMaintain clean, attractive outdoor areas by sweeping, blowing leaves, and removing sand and debris.\nArrange and clean outdoor furniture, tables, chairs, umbrellas, grills, and fire pits.\nPressure wash outdoor surfaces, furniture, and common areas as scheduled.\nWater plants and maintain landscaped areas.\nInspect and clean guest bicycles.\nInspect parking lots and dumpster areas for cleanliness.\nEmpty trash receptacles and pick up litter throughout the property.\nReport maintenance concerns such as broken equipment, lighting outages, or safety hazards.\nPool & Recreation Area\nMaintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready pool area.\nClean the pool deck, umbrellas, outdoor shower, and surrounding areas.\nSkim the pool to remove debris.\nEnsure pool restroom is clean and stocked with supplies.\nVerify that pool lights, water features, and equipment are functioning properly.\nReport maintenance issues promptly.\nGuest Arrival Inspections\nConduct final inspections of units to ensure each vacation rental is guest-ready.\nVerify air conditioning, ceiling fans, lights, and appliances are functioning properly.\nInspect washers and dryers for cleanliness. \nReport maintenance concerns or room deficiencies before guest arrival.\nWhat You Have:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\n1 year proven experience in hospitality (housekeeping, vacation rental, hotel)\nAbility to work independently and prioritize daily tasks.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nGood communication skills and a positive attitude.\nAbility to use technology (e.g., tablets, iPads) to complete work assignments and report maintenance issues.\nFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.\nPhysical Requirements\nFrequently walk, stand, bend, reach, climb stairs, kneel, and lift.\nLift and carry up to 50 pounds.\nWork indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.\nSafely operate cleaning
