Whatyou have\nMinimum of two years’ experience working in a restaurant or hotel kitchen\n\nWorking knowledge of cooking recipes, different cuisines, and how to operatekitchen equipment\n\nStrong communicationskills(both written and verbal): able to listen and follow through on task requests\n\nExperience working collaboratively on a team\n\nA sense of ownership in everything that you do\n\nServsafecertification, or ability to gain/renew certificate\n\nProven experience in ability to make great food\n\nOrganizational skills, you are able tomaintaina neat and tidy station\n\nAbility to work cleanly, effectively,and efficiently while under pressure\n\nHighschool degree, equivalent degree, or higher required\n\nWhat you’lldo\nBasic vegetablepreparation, sauce preparation, and minor butchery of proteins\n\nLine cookduring meal periods with other line cooks under the supervision of chefs\n\nDaily preparation of ingredients for regular menu and upcoming specials\n\nPlate dishes to present food to the guests according to chef’s specifications\n\nMonitor inventory of food and prep and inform chef when new itemsneed to be ordered\n\nEnsure organization and cleanliness of your station;
