The ability to use tablets, iPads, and computers\n\nEagerness to work on a team and achieve goals and complete projects together\n\nBasic knowledge in air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, electronic systems, fire alarm systems, carpentry, kitchen equipment, and energy conservation.\n\nAbilitytowork long hours if needed\n\nA strong senseof ownership in everything that you do\n\nHigh school diploma, equivalent, or higher\n\nWhat you’lldo\nHandle and complete guest maintenancerequests in a timelyfashion\n\nDo periodic property tours and exterior perimeter for debris and trash removal, lighting examination, and irrigation check up\n\nPerform repair and preventative maintenance on plumbing,HVAC, laundryequipment, exhaust fans, vacuum, and other equipment throughout the hotel\n\nReportemergencies and safety hazard immediatelyand assistwith safety concerns\n\nMaintain the maintenance area or department in a clean and orderly state, to include cleaning, inspection, and inventory of tools, parts, and supplies\n\nActively engage and promotesafety and safe work practices, interdepartmentally and hotel wide\n\nCommunicatedaily activities andwork orders to other shifts using approved communication methods and standards\n\nInteract with hotel gueststo resolve maintenance issues in a professional and courteous matter that is align with Mainsail
