Bar and craft cocktail experience preferable, but not necessary.Whatyou have\nMinimum two years in an Assistant Manager or Managerrole at fine dining restaurant or hotel\n\nA fine dining, wine, and beverage knowledge base\n\nExcellent communications skills, both written and verbal formats\n\nA Serve safecertificate, or you are working on renewing current certificate\n\nA strong senseof ownership in everything that you do\n\nExperience training and coaching restaurant staff\n\nThe ability to work effectively and efficiently while working under pressure\n\nHigh school diploma, equivalent degree, or higher required\n\nWhat you’lldo\nManage the day-to-dayoperations, ensuring quality service standards are met and the guest experience is exceptional\n\nSupervise daily shift operations working with Restaurant Managers, including assisting servers, server assistants, and hosts on the floor during meal periods\n\nCreate a positive atmosphere for guests by respondingto all guest requests, problems, complaints, and/or accidents at all F&B outlets in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner including follow up to ensure guest satisfaction\n\nMaintain accuratepayroll for all team members within the department. Comply with deadlines to ensure proper hours, PTO, and Holidays are paid out correctly.\n\nTrain, motivate, coach, counsel, and discipline all F&B team members according to theHotel standards with supervision from Restaurant General Manager\n\nPrepare all F&B team member schedules according to the business forecast, payroll budget guidelines, and productivity requirements; submitcompleted schedules to the General Manager and Human Resources when required\n\nParticipate in required meetings to include Departmental, Staff, Manager, and any other meetings\n\nUphold standards regarding purchase orders, voucher of invoices, and checkbook accounting according to Mainsail Lodging & Development standards\n\nControl costs by conducting daily/monthly parchecks and inventory to review portioncontrol, reduce waste, and ensure no interruption of service\n\nOther necessary duties as assigned by reasonably assigned\n\nPhysical Demand\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods of
