In this position, you will play a direct role in completing planned and reactive service operations on our generators. In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining system uptime, availability, and performance for deployed units on customer sites in a specific region. You will train at our headquarters in Menlo Park, CA, and be assigned to a particular service region requiring travel. For those inclined, there are ample growth opportunities within Mainspring, and we offer full benefits, including vacation and sick time, 401K, and pre-IPO stock options.\nResponsibilities\nMechanically repair and/or perform maintenance on components and assemblies that make up our generators in accordance with procedures and build checklists in order to meet customer requirements\nCollaborate with engineers to fix, repair, and redesign components and assemblies\nConduct mechanical inspections of deployed units, documenting condition information for use by our team for debugging or troubleshooting\nBe available to work rotational on-call shifts, as per the written schedule, to provide optimal service and support for our customers\nQualifications\nMinimum of 5 years of experience with mechanical assembly and/or repair.
