As part of our Cloud Engineering team, you will support enterprise environments, monitor mission-critical systems, resolve operational incidents, and learn modern cloud technologies while helping our customers maintain secure, scalable and reliable cloud platforms.
What you'll do
Monitor cloud infrastructure, system health, performance, security and availability
Provide L1 operational support by responding to alerts and resolving standard infrastructure incidents
Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when required
Perform routine operational tasks, health checks and maintenance activities
Assist with deployments, patching and basic system administration
Follow operational procedures, incident management and security best practices
Maintain operational documentation and runbooks
Continuously learn and contribute to cloud, automation and digital transformation initiatives
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, Infrastructure or Cloud, or a relevant technical education
Basic understanding of Linux, networking and cloud concepts
Analytical thinking and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Endless curiosity
Fluent English
