management tools\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability and operational efficiency\n\nDefine and promote DevOps, incident management and security best practices\n\nCreate and maintain technical architecture documentation, operational procedures and runbooks\n\nLead knowledge transfer sessions, mentor engineers and support technical growth across the team\n\nContinuously drive cloud, automation and digital transformation initiatives\n\nRequirements\n7+ years of experience in Cloud, Linux System Administration, Infrastructure or DevOps roles\n\nExperience designing, implementing and supporting enterprise production environments\n\nExperience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers\n\nStrong analytical thinking and structured troubleshooting approach\n\nStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindset\n\nFluent English\n\nExperience with some, not all, of the following technologies is expected:\nOperating Systems: Linux administration (RHEL, Ubuntu and similar), including network, system and application services\n\nNetworking: TCP/IP, DNS, troubleshooting\n\nInfrastructure & Virtualization: VMware and/or Citrix XenServer, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred), Configuration Management (Ansible)\n\nAutomation & Scripting: Bash and/or Python scripting, CI/CD fundamentals, Jenkins (nice to have)\n\nContainers & Cloud Native: Docker, Kubernetes\n\nDatabases & Web Technologies: Apache, Nginx, PHP-FPM, MySQL / MariaDB / Percona, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Memcached\n\nHigh Availability &
