This role requires expertise in the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of all network devices, connections, links, peerings, and BGPs, as well as the ability to design resilient network architectures.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConfigure, monitor, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.\nManage and/or optimize network connections, peerings, and BGP routing.\nImplement and maintain network configurations to optimize performance and security.\nMonitor and analyze network traffic to identify and resolve performance issues.\nConduct regular reviews of routing policies and update as necessary to ensure optimal traffic flow.\nConduct capacity planning to ensure the network can handle future growth and increased traffic.\nExecute network upgrades and expansions based on capacity requirements.\nDevelop strategies to optimize network capacity and performance.\nImplement network architectures that ensure high availability, redundancy, and resiliency.\nEvaluate and deploy solutions to improve network fault tolerance and minimize downtime.\nCollaborate with other teams to integrate resilient network designs into overall infrastructure.\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, topologies, and procedures.\nGenerate detailed reports on network performance, capacity planning, and project status.\nEnsure all network documentation adheres to industry standards and best practices.\nStay current with the latest trends and technologies in network engineering.\nPropose and implement improvements to network infrastructure and operations.\nMentor junior network engineers and provide technical guidance.\nManage and maintain relationships with other ISP and network Supplier\nPreferred experience with or exposure to CDN infrastructures.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nExperience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Telco network operations and engineering.\nSkills:\n Deep knowledge of TCP/IP (LAN e WAN), routing IP v4 e v6, based on OSPF and BGP.\nSetup configuration and troubleshooting of network devices (Cisco and others) from scratch.\nGood Knowledge of BASH scripting and Shell command\nAdvanced configuration of opensource network monitor utilities with custom scripts (common Linux script languages)\nStrong understanding of network security principles and best practices.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to work independently and within a team.\nStrong communication and documentation skills.\nCertifications:\nCCNP or equivalent certification is mandatory\nCCIE or equivalent certification is highly preferred.\nWhat we offer:\nA young, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where to develop and growth.\nAn innovative technology and service able to support the transition from traditional broadcasting to the streaming entertainment of the future.\nA growth path aimed at improving your professionalism.\nFlexible working hours.\nBreakfast, lunch and snacks in our office.\nAccess to E-Learning platform.\nSalary: Starting from 43000€\nIn MainStreaming you will be part of a dynamic, flexible, young, tight-knit and international environment and will have the chance to work in a company that values innovation, out of the box thinking, its employees and committed in making the world a better place.\nLa ricerca è rivolta a candidati di ambo i sessi.
