Il ne s'agit pas d'un poste traditionnel de développement logiciel, mais d'un poste à la croisée de l'ingénierie de plateforme, de l’approche produit et de l'expérience développeur.\nÀ ce poste, vous contribuerez aux composants de la plateforme qui facilitent considérablement la livraison de logiciels de haute qualité par les équipes de MaintainX.\nVous consacrerez également une partie de votre temps sur les activités d'adoption : communication, documentation, démonstrations et assistance aux équipes de développement en tant que clients de la plateforme.\nVous contribuerez de manière fondamentale à l’approche plateforme en tant que produit, en veillant à ce que notre plateforme interne soit fiable, extensible, bien adoptée et apporte une réelle valeur ajoutée.\nCe que vous ferez:\n\nConcevoir et maintenir les fondations React Native ainsi que les outils qui composent notre plateforme interne pour développeurs.\n\nIntégrer un flux de travail AI dans votre travail quotidien et dans la plateforme.\n\nÉlever les standards d’excellence en ingénierie.\n\nMener la consolidation et l’évolution des composants de la plateforme : portail développeur, développement local, générateurs, workflows CI/CD et « golden paths » d'infrastructure.\n\nCollaborer avec les autres équipes plateforme et les équipes de développement produit afin de définir et mener l’adoption la plateforme interne pour développeurs.\n\nÀ propos de vous:\n\n3-4 années d'expérience en développement mobile\n\nExpert React Native\n\nExpérience dans la création de modules partagés, de SDK et de composants réutilisables\n\nCompréhension approfondie du DevOps dans un contexte Mobile\n\nEsprit fortement orienté vers l'IA.\n\nExpérience en développement de plateforme.\n\nBonne connaissance de l'infrastructure cloud, des pipelines CI/CD, de Docker et de Kubernetes.\n\nApproche orientée produit : capacité de bâtir une plateforme avec et pour les clients internes.\n\nUn niveau avancé de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit, est requis puisque la personne devra diriger des gestionnaires d'ingénierie de plateforme répartis sur plusieurs équipes, présenter les priorités techniques à des parties prenantes exécutives, et s'aligner quotidiennement avec des leaders d'ingénierie situés à l'extérieur du Québec.\n\nOur mission is to keep the physical world running.
