Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.\nThe Team and Mission\nYou'd be joining our Infrastructure team within the Platform Engineering division.\nWe're building an AI-native platform for our internal developers, over 150 of them, guided by a single question: does this shorten the time from idea to value, for the teams building on our platform and for the customers they ultimately serve?\nThe smooth path is the safe, fast path, because the platform makes it the default. We build the route that maximizes AI acceleration.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDesign, build, and evolve our cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) as code, using Terraform to keep every environment reproducible and legible to both engineers and agents\n\nBuild CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) with guardrails that make agentic releases safe by default\n\nManage and scale multi-region Kubernetes clusters\n\nMaintain and evolve Helm charts and deployment workflows as reusable\n\nStrengthen observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting, feeding signal back into AI-assisted remediation and define clear alert ownership\n\nHarden infrastructure security, image scanning, policy-as-code, network segmentation, and firewall configuration\n\nPartner closely with product engineering teams to support their infrastructure needs\n\nEnable developers and agents to deploy and manage services independently\n\nParticipate in the on-call rotation\n\nAbout You:\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software engineering\n\nAI-forward: you hold everything you build to an AI-native standard\n\nStrong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP experience transfers well)\n\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and managing deployments\n\nProficient with Kubernetes in production environments\n\nExperience with Docker and containerized applications\n\nExperience with observability tools, including monitoring, logging, and alerting systems\n\nStrong collaboration skills and the ability to support engineering teams\n\nA strong communicator who can explain platform complexity and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders\n\nExpert-level English, spoken and written.\n\nOur mission is to keep the physical world running.
