In this customer-facing role, you'll partner with enterprise customers to lead successful implementations, drive adoption, and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience. You'll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey, helping customers achieve value quickly while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure long-term success.\nWhat you’ll do:\nManage complex, multi-phase enterprise software implementations, balancing cross-functional stakeholders and change management to deliver successful deployments over extended project timelines.\n\nLead customer interactions and communications throughout the implementation lifecycle, identifying opportunities to maximize product value, drive adoption, and ensure long-term customer success.\n\nServe as the client manager during implementation to understand their business operations, manage client expectations and ensure end-user satisfaction.\n\nDeliver formal training to client project team members and/or end-users.\n\nProvide knowledge transfer to internal team members throughout the onboarding process.\n\nProvide support by demonstrating knowledge of products, services, and best practices.\n\nTrack and communicate client issues and proactively troubleshoot and resolve problems.\n\nManage multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones.\n\nDemonstrate industry knowledge and expertise through workflow recommendations and ability to communicate about client’s maintenance, operations, and management needs.\n\nCollaborate with internal colleagues on product, sales, account management, and other initiatives - past experience in one or more of these areas is a plus.\nAbout you:\n\nRelevant experience supporting enterprise customers in one or more of the following: software implementation, customer onboarding, application engineering, business consulting, maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, and/or construction.\n\nExperience managing complex implementations and multiple stakeholder groups.\n\nBEng degree or equivalent years of experience.\n\nExperience in manufacturing, industrial, maintenance, or similar space is a benefit.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills.\n\nExcellent client relationship skills and ability to manage client expectations.\n\nUnderstanding of business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, user training, and deployment.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction.\n\nSavvy with technology and capacity to become an expert in our software in a short period of time.\n\nSelf-starter comfortable working with minimal oversight and tight deadlines.\n\nMembership in one or more professional organizations and/or professional certifications related to this role is a plus.\n\nAbility to learn the MaintainX product within 30 days to advise customers.\n\nOur mission is to keep the physical world running.
