This team leans more toward infrastructure and reliability.\n\nWhat You'll Work On\nBuild and evolve the shared services and components that other teams depend on.\n\nDesign APIs, tools and design system components that other engineers want to use, and support teams as they adopt them.\n\nImprove the speed, safety and reliability of how we build, test and ship software.\n\nTreat internal engineers as your customers: gather feedback, measure adoption and iterate.\n\nThe Role\nShip features end to end, from planning through production.\n\nPartner directly with Product Managers, Designers, and the engineers who build on your work to shape your team's roadmap, not just execute against it.\n\nOwn a feature area or system's long-term health: reliability, performance, and the parts of the codebase nobody notices until they break.\n\nReview code and mentor other developers on your team.\n\nRaise the bar on tooling, testing, and delivery practices.\n\nOur core stack is TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL. In Canada this includes: Montreal and Toronto.\nWe're looking for\n5+ years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products.\n\nDeep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.\n\nExperience with mobile-first, responsive, iterative development.\n\nA track record of writing maintainable, testable code you're comfortable handing off to someone else.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication: you can explain a technical tradeoff to a designer or a support lead as easily as to another developer.\n\nComfort making progress on a problem before the spec is fully settled, adjusting as you learn more.\n\nDay-to-day use of AI tools in your development workflow, not just occasional experimentation.\n\nNice to have: GraphQL, React Native, or SQL database experience. For this area, we also value: Experience with search technology, authentication and identity, design systems or component libraries, developer tooling or IDE extensions, CI/CD, observability, or compliance programs such as FedRAMP or SOC 2.\n\nOur mission is to keep the physical world running.
