Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.\nThe Integration Developer is a key member of our post-sales team, working with Integration Consultants to design, build, and deliver custom integration solutions for our clients. The role calls for technical depth, a solid grasp of integration technologies, and a collaborative approach.\nWhat you’ll do:\nPartner with Integration Consultants to understand client requirements and business processes.\n\nDesign, develop, and implement custom integrations using our Open REST APIs, connectors, and data transformation techniques.\n\nAdvise Integration Consultants and clients on how to best use our Open REST APIs.\n\nWork with the MaintainX Engineering and Product teams to prioritize customer integration requirements.\n\nEnsure reliability, security, and performance through rigorous testing and quality assurance.\n\nDebug and troubleshoot issues during integration, and provide ongoing support to keep client projects running smoothly.\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, and communicate project status to internal teams and clients.\n\nContribute to project planning, scoping, and timeline management.\n\nAbout you:\n3+ years of experience in software development (solutions architecture, software engineering, or similar).\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nProficiency in JavaScript, APIs, middleware platforms, and data transformation.\n\nKnowledge of our tech stack: TypeScript / NodeJS / React / React Native / MySQL.\n\nAbility to organize and consolidate customer data from various formats and source applications.\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills, and scrappy enough to think on your feet for customers.\n\nDetail and process-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication and the ability to manage projects across internal and external stakeholders.\n\nBonus if you have:\nExperience with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or Sage Intacct.\n\nExperience in manufacturing, or knowledge of IoT sensors, historians, SCADA, PLCs, and Industry 4.0 technologies.\n\nFamiliarity with integration tools such as Workato, Tray.io, or Zapier.\n\nOur mission is to keep the physical world running.
