Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.\nAs the Manager of Integrations Delivery you are responsible for leading a team of integration consultants who deliver client-facing integration services and solutions. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation of integrations while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You will focus on team development, project oversight, and the continuous improvement of integration delivery standards-driving both operational excellence and client satisfaction across all engagements.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead, mentor, and manage a team of integration consultants responsible for delivering implementation and configuration of integration solutions.\n\nOversee day-to-day operations and performance of consultants across multiple client projects and workstreams.\n\nEnsure consistent application of delivery methodologies, documentation standards, and integration best practices.\n\nServe as a senior escalation point for client and internal delivery issues related to integration scope and execution.\n\nPartner with integration solution consultants to ensure alignment of consultant deliverables with solution design.\n\nMonitor consultant utilization, productivity, and professional development, ensuring capacity planning aligns with demand.\n\nConduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and support career development for integration consultants.\n\nCollaborate with sales and delivery leadership to support scoping, resource planning, and pre-sales activities.\n\nSupport quality assurance and post-implementation reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nDrive continuous improvement and an innovative mindset with the team for tools and processes finding efficiencies and ways to automate.\n\nAbout you:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.\n\n5 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery. 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of consultants.\n\nExperience integrating ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred. Experience with integration platforms and concepts (e.g., APIs, middleware, iPaaS solutions like MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or Celigo).\n\nStrong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.\n\nExcellent communication and client relationship management abilities.\n\nSolid understanding of professional services delivery models and metrics (e.g., utilization, billable hours, CSAT).\n\nProficient in using collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet).\n\nComfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with shifting priorities.\n\nOur mission is to keep the physical world running.
