If you want to work close to what customers use daily, and have a chance at green-field ownership, this is the place.\nTeams You Might Join\nPlanners: Planner and scheduler workflows, plus Operating Hours.\n\nInventory Management / Parts: Spare parts, purchase orders, forecasting and vendors.\n\nHome / Reporting: The Overview screen, plus shared and scheduled reports.\n\nWork Execution Platform: The work order primitives the product runs on: recurrence, assignment, calendar, procedures, automations and permits.\n\nTechnician Experience: GPS check-in, field UX and offline state for technicians in the field.\n\nEnterprise Data Management: Global, multi-site platform capabilities, templates, asset hierarchy and location, and dynamic asset forms.\n\nWhat You'll Work On\nSet the technical direction for the workflows customers use every day, from scheduling and parts management to reporting.\n\nSolve hard product problems: dense, data-heavy interfaces, large datasets, offline behaviour and multi-site scale.\n\nOn our newly formed teams, define architecture and engineering practices from the ground up.\n\nMake complex workflows feel simple on desktop and mobile.\n\nThe Role\nLead the design and delivery of large, ambiguous projects end to end, from planning through production.\n\nPartner directly with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering leadership to shape your team’s roadmap and influence the roadmaps of adjacent teams.\n\nOwn the long-term technical health of a domain: reliability, performance, and the parts of the codebase nobody notices until they break.\n\nDrive architecture decisions and write the technical proposals others build against.\n\nMentor senior and staff engineers, and set the standard for code review on your team.\n\nRaise the bar on tooling, testing, and delivery practices across teams, not just your own.\n\nOur core stack is TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL. Some teams use C# or Python. You don't need to already know every piece of it to apply. You'll land on a team of 5 to 10 people and take on-call rotation as part of the role. Within your first 6 months, you’ll own the technical direction of a domain or system outright.\nWhere We Work\nWe don't have a minimum in-office mandate, but we prefer our teams to be located around our office hubs. In Canada this includes: Montreal and Toronto.\nWe're Looking For\n10+ years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products, including a track record of leading technical work at a scope beyond a single team.\n\nDeep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.\n\nExperience designing systems that held up at scale, and the judgment to know when not to build something.\n\nExperience with mobile-first, responsive, iterative development.\n\nA track record of writing maintainable, testable code you’re comfortable handing off to someone else.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication: you can explain a technical tradeoff to a designer, a support lead, or an executive as easily as to another developer.\n\nComfort making progress on a problem before the spec is fully settled, adjusting as you learn more.\n\nDay-to-day use of AI tools in your development workflow, not just occasional experimentation.\n\nNice to have: GraphQL, React Native, or SQL database experience. For this area, we also value: Experience with scheduling or calendar UIs, data-heavy front ends, offline-first or sync architectures, multi-tenant or enterprise platforms, workflow engines, or inventory and transactional systems.\n\nOur mission is to keep the physical world running.
