Uganda.\n\nJob Summary: The Store Manager’s deputy on the shop floor running shift-level standards, customer service and section coordination in real time.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities: \n\nRun the floor during trading hours: staff positioning, break rotas, replenishment, queue and till support.\n\nCoach VIP Style Consultants in real time on styling-led selling and brand service standards.\n\nOwn daily opening/closing floor checklists (Section 4) when the Store Manager is off-site.\n\nEscalate stock shortages, customer complaints or safety issues to the Store Manager immediately.\n\nSupport the Made-to-Measure Coordinator and Coffee & VIP Host with staffing during busy periods.\n\nStep in on the till or shop floor as needed – a hands-on role, not purely supervisory.\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience: \n\n1-2+ years supervisory experience in retail or hospitality.\n\nStrong product knowledge or the ability to learn the full range quickly across categories.\n\nCalm under pressure, comfortable coaching peers.\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n\nFloor presentation/VM standard score on daily walk-throughs.\n\nSection replenishment turnaround time (stockroom to floor).\n\nTeam coaching – % of VIP Style Consultants meeting styling-led selling standard on observed shifts.\n\nIncident/complaint escalation response time.\n\nHow to
