Working closely with product, design, and backend engineers, you’ll help shape how customers interact with Maisa.\nYou’ll join a team of three frontend engineers, working primarily with React and TypeScript. As the product grows, you’ll contribute to frontend architecture, shared components, performance, and engineering standards, with opportunities to support backend work when needed.\nWhat you’ll do…\nBuild responsive, accessible interfaces for complex enterprise workflows and data-intensive screens.\n\nTranslate designs into polished experiences, including thoughtful interactions and loading, empty, and error states.\n\nDevelop composable, maintainable components and contribute to shared UI patterns and design systems.\n\nMake sound decisions around state ownership, rendering, and component design.\n\nIntegrate REST APIs using TanStack Query, managing caching, mutations, and data consistency.\n\nWrite meaningful automated tests and resolve interface performance bottlenecks.\n\nPartner with product, design, and backend engineers to clarify requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver features from concept through release.\n\nContribute to code reviews, documentation, and engineering standards, supporting backend work when needed.\n\nWhat you’ll bring…\nKey Requirements\n5+ years of experience building and maintaining production React and TypeScript applications.\n\nA solid understanding of React rendering, hooks, state management, and component composition.\n\nStrong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills, with attention to responsive design, accessibility, and visual quality.\n\nExperience integrating REST APIs and managing server state using TanStack Query or comparable tools.\n\nExperience writing frontend tests across unit, component, and end-to-end levels.\n\nEvidence of owning complex frontend features from requirements through release.\n\nClear communication, product judgment, and the ability to make progress when requirements are incomplete.\n\nA proactive approach, strong ownership, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.\n\nNice to have\nFamiliarity with Vite, Tailwind CSS, Vitest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.\n\nExperience with design systems, shadcn/ui, and Motion or Framer Motion.\n\nBackground in complex B2B applications;
