We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos showcasing hotel rooms, facilities, food, drinks, events, and guest experiences.
• Support promotional campaigns, special offers, and event coverage.
• Maintain the hotel's visual identity and ensure all content reflects its brand standards.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Stay updated on social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant, engaging content.
• Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Collaborate with the management, restaurant, and operations teams to promote hotel offerings.
• Capture content for La Spiga Restaurant, Four Degrees Rooftop, the pool area, and hotel events.
• Develop creative concepts, reels, promotional videos, and social media campaigns.
• Develop a content calendar and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, photography, videography, and video editing.
• Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
• Ability to develop creative ideas and execute them independently.
• Good communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, food, or luxury brand content is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other short-form video formats.
• Ability to work on-site and capture content during events, weekends, or special occasions when required.
• A strong portfolio of previously created content is required.
