groups, and permissions.\nCreate and manage spaces, pages, templates, page layouts, and permissions.\nConfigure and maintain Confluence Cloud settings and user access.\nSupport Confluence migrations and space-level migration activities.\nDevelop solutions to improve Confluence usability and content management.\nTroubleshoot access, permission, and integration-related issues.\nProvide L2/L3 technical support for Confluence Cloud.\nPerform regular administration and housekeeping activities.\n\nIntegrations & Automation\n\nDevelop and maintain integrations between Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.\nWork with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and JSON.\nConfigure Jira and Confluence automation based on business requirements.\nTroubleshoot integration failures and coordinate with vendors/Atlassian Support when required.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud administration.\nGood knowledge of Jira workflows, schemes, permissions, JQL, dashboards, and automation.\nGood knowledge of Confluence spaces, permissions, templates, and page management.\nExperience with Jira REST API and webhooks.\nExperience with ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud is preferred.\nKnowledge of JSON, APIs, authentication, and integrations.\nExperience with Jira/Confluence Cloud migration.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExperience providing L2/L3 technical support.\n\nExperience\n\n5+ years of experience in Jira and Confluence administration/development.\nStrong hands-on experience with Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud.\nExperience supporting enterprise environments and production systems.\nGood experience working directly with business teams and customers.\n\nKey
