The role holder is also responsible for overseeing and implementing action plans for improvement.\nROLE PROFILE\nEnsure implementation of MAF Retail’s supermarket strategies and procedures in collaboration with Head Office and Corporate Office.\nApply qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate commercial performance and recommend actions to increase profitability and sales turnover.\nMaximize sales and profitability by controlling operational costs within budgetary guidelines.\nReview and analyse stock and sales reports and implement corrective actions when needed.\nCoordinate with Department Heads to ensure effective stock management, including stock value, out-of-stocks, and timely deliveries.\nLead and guide the team to enhance customer serviceand ensure customer requirements are met according to standards.\nSupervise service and maintenance activities to ensure supermarkets’ assets are fully operational and safe.\nAssist in the performance managementprocess by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback.\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Master’s Degree preferred).\n8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a retail business.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nStrong leadership abilities with proven capability to guide and develop teams.\nAnalytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills with strong decision-making capability.\nHighly organized, with strong multitasking and time-management skills.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
