This is a hands-on builder role where you’ll work closely with our engineering and design teams to prototype, ship, and improve AI-powered products and internal tools. You’ll have the opportunity to own smaller projects end to end while contributing to larger client and platform initiatives.\nResponsibilities will include\nBuild and improve AI-powered applications and internal tools\n\nRapidly prototype, experiment, and iterate across client and internal projects\n\nImplement workflows that use LLMs, retrieval systems, agents, and structured outputs\n\nContribute to shared platform work and reusable tooling\n\nTurn prototypes into reliable, client-ready systems\n\nConduct research, benchmarking, testing, and evaluation of new approaches\n\nOwn smaller projects or sub-projects with guidance from the team\n\nTake ownership of deliverables and help deliver work that meets client needs\n\nWrite and maintain clear internal documentation\n\nIdeal Experience\nSenior in college, recent graduate, or early-career engineer\n\nBackground in computer science (bonus if you also have business exposure)\n\nExperience building AI applications through internships, coursework, research, or personal projects\n\nExperience running AI experiments and iterating quickly\n\nStrong Python skills\n\nWhat we value\nInitiative and
