The Senior Next.js Developer will be responsible for front-end web development. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes.\nQualifications:\n5+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years using Next.js.\n\nSolid experience working from a fully remote position.\n\nProficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.\n\nRelevant experience with using Tailwind/Material Ul/Joy UI\n\nFamiliarity with RESTful APls and modern authorization mechanisms.\n\nExperience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).\n\nFamiliarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.\n\nExcellent troubleshooting and communication skills.\n\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop new user-facing features\n\nOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.\n\nEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.\n\nCollaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.\n\nWrite robust, clean, and documented code.\n\nMaintain and enhance existing web applications.\n\nConduct performance tests and ensure responsiveness and stability across all platforms.\n\nIndustry:\nSoftware Development\n\nCore values for Makai employees\nHave a strong work ethic.
