自社設計のヒューマノイド（本ポジションの担当領域）\n- Zen - マニピュレーションの知能基盤\n- Omakase OS - ロボットを現場で動かすソフトウェア群\nなぜ今このポジションを作るのか\nD1はこれまで、自社と実証現場で動かすためのロボットでした。ここから製品として販売する 段階に入ります。この2つは、品質という観点ではまったく別の事業です。\n自分たちで使う機体なら、不具合が出たら直せばいい。売る機体はそうはいきません。出荷したロボットが顧客の現場で人と同じ空間を動く 以上、何を検査して出したのか、その記録が残っているのか、不具合が出たとき原因をロットまで遡れるのか、が問われます。人と接するロボットである以上、製造物責任の観点も避けて通れません。\nこのポジションは、その仕組みをゼロから立ち上げる役割です。既にある品質保証部門に加わるのではなく、あなたが最初の一人 になります。\n実際にどんな仕事か\nD1の検査は、大きく3つの工程に分かれます。それぞれの基準・手順・記録様式を設計し、運用に乗せるのが仕事です。\n① 受入検査\n外観（キズ・汚れ・バリ・色ムラ・塗装・ラベル）、寸法と組立精度（嵌め合い、取付状態）、締付・接合（トルク管理、ネジ浮き、マーキング）、配線（挟み込み防止、曲げ半径、コネクタロック、結束）、ベンダー検査合格証の確認。\n② 国内組立工程内検査\n電気的特性（電流・電圧・消費電力・起動シーケンス）、絶縁と回路安全（絶縁抵抗、耐電圧、GND導通）、構成・バージョン管理（FW/OSバージョン、Bootloader、パラメータ設定）、データ書き込みとアクティベーション。\n③ 完成検査・出荷前検査\n可動部の動作確認（異音の有無、動作後の原点復帰性能）、センサのキャリブレーションと認識精度、安全機構（緊急停止・セーフティ動作）、負荷・信頼性（長時間エージング、バーンイン、連続稼働、異常発熱）、ネットワーク（有線/無線の接続と切断後復帰）、法規制（PSE等の認証マーク、RoHS/REACH不使用証明）、同梱品と取扱説明書、梱包・荷姿（緩衝材、衝撃検知、水濡れ）。\nそして全工程を貫くのがトレーサビリティ です。シリアル・ロット・構成部品の紐付けと検査成績書（CoA）。ここが繋がっていないと、1台で見つかった不具合が何台に及ぶのか判断できません。\n現在は暫定の受入検査シートとテストケース一覧が存在する段階で、正式な検査基準・記録体系はこれから作ります。\n Responsibilities\n- 受入 / 工程内 / 出荷の各検査基準と検査手順書の策定、検査記録様式の設計\n- 品質要求の提示と合意形成、ベンダー検査記録のレビュー、必要に応じた現地監査\n- 信頼性試験の計画と実行（エージング、連続稼働、環境試験、加速試験）\n- 不具合の管理：受入・工程内・市場不具合の記録、原因分析、設計へのフィードバックと是正の追跡\n- トレーサビリティ体系の構築（シリアル／ロット／構成部品／FWバージョンの紐付け）\n- 法規制・認証対応（PSE、電波法、RoHS/REACH 等）と、その証跡の管理\n- 製造物責任（PL）の観点からのリスク評価、取扱説明書・警告表示・残留リスクの整理\n- 現場（FDE）から上がる稼働データ・不具合情報の品質プロセスへの取り込み\n- 出荷判定の運用 -
