  • Общее руководство агентством;

  • Развитие бизнеса. Увеличение сборов;

  • Подбор агентов;

  • Выполнение плана продаж. Отчетность.

Требования:
  • Наличие опыта работы в сфере страхования со схожим функционалом;

  • Наличие страхового портфеля и агентской сети;

  • Высшее образование;

  • Уверенный пользователь ПК;

  • Умение мотивировать, принимать решения, организовывать работу;

  • Умение слушать, убеждать, работать в команде;

  • Ответственность, коммуникабельность, стрессоустойчивость;

  • Честность, инициативность и пунктуальность.

Условия:
  • Работа в крупной и стабильной компании ;
  • График работы 5/2 с 9:00 до 18:00;
  • Зарплата: оклад + бонусы (обсуждается индивидуально, в зависимости от объемов собираемой премии);
  • Оформление в соответствии с ТК РФ.
