engineering experience building scalable production systems\n- AI evaluation and testing\n- Experience with technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Model Context Protocol (MCP), LangChain, vector databases, or similar frameworks is considered a strong asset\n- AI-assisted software development\n- Rapid prototyping using AI technologies\n- Tool calling and AI orchestration\n- Demonstrated hands-on experience with modern AI software development, including:\n- Prompt engineering and prompt optimization\n- AI agent and agentic workflow development\n- Large Language Model (LLM) integrations\n- Building AI-enabled applications\n- Infrastructure as Code\n- AWS cloud services\n- Node.js and backend application frameworks\n- GitHub Actions or CI/CD platforms\n- Event-driven architectures\n- REST APIs and GraphQL\n- Demonstrated technical skills, including:\n- Serverless computing\n- React or modern frontend frameworks\n- MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis\n- Docker and Kubernetes\n- TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#\n- Observability and monitoring platforms\n- Continuously learn and embrace emerging technologies, particularly AI\n- Deliver with urgency
