Within it, Flights Supply is the engine behind every fare a customer sees, books and gets serviced on. It covers connectivity with airlines, GDS, NDC and aggregators, and the content, pricing and servicing capabilities built on top.\n\nAs the business scales, the supply stack must be more reliable, more accurate and less dependent on manual effort. We are building supply systems that detect problems before customers do, keep content and pricing in parity with the source, and use AI to automate work that has traditionally been manual.\n\nThe Flights Supply team combines deep distribution knowledge, data-driven decision making and strong engineering partnerships. Product managers, analysts, engineers, designers and business teams work together to make every booking dependable and every servicing journey efficient.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nWe are looking for a Deputy Manager, Product Management to own a workstream within Flights Supply, such as supply-side conversion, content and pricing accuracy, or airline and ancillary integrations. This role requires strong product thinking, a quick grasp of technical systems, execution excellence and a passion for solving problems with data and AI.\n\nYou will take features and projects from problem definition to launch, working closely with engineering, airline and distribution partners, finance, customer support and the funnel product team. You will shape the direction of your workstream and be accountable for its results.\n\nWhat will you be doing:\n\n- Define the vision, roadmap and priorities for your workstream within Flights Supply, and drive it end to end in line with the overall supply strategy.\n\n- Work with engineering on GDS, NDC, LCC and aggregator integrations. Understand how fares, availability and ticketing flow, find where they break, and drive fixes and monitoring.\n\n- Identify high-impact supply problems, such as price mismatch, fare unavailability, content gaps and recurring escalations, and turn them into clear, well-scoped product opportunities.\n\n- Drive ancillary and content coverage across suppliers and airlines, and improve content parity (fare rules, baggage, ancillaries) against source and competitors.\n\n- Improve pricing and fare-loading tooling, and reduce manual dependency in content refresh and QC.\n\n- Use AI to catch problems earlier and cut manual effort: detect fare and content anomalies, classify and root-cause escalations, and convert unstructured airline inputs (fare rules, schedule-change notices, airline circulars) into structured data the system can act on.\n\n- Run onboarding of new airlines and NDC/API partners, from requirements through testing to go-live.\n\n- Define hypotheses, success metrics and measurement for every initiative you own.\n\n- Track product KPIs, build dashboards, and keep improving performance through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.\n\n- Write detailed specs and groom stories in depth with tech, so edge cases are caught before development, not after go-live.\n\n- Run execution from concept to launch and post-launch optimisation, and flag risks and delays early.\n\nQualification & Experience:\n\n- Engineering or Management graduates from reputed institutes with 4 to 6 years of experience in product management roles for consumer-facing or technology-enabled businesses.\n\n- Experience managing the product lifecycle using agile methodologies, including requirement definition, prioritisation and metric tracking.\n\n- Experience working with complex datasets using analytical tools and techniques. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and SQL is expected.\n\n- Exposure to flights, OTA, airline or travel-distribution products, including GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport), NDC, LCC and aggregator models, will be an added advantage.\n\n- Prior experience with dashboards and product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Mixpanel will be an added advantage.\n\n- Familiarity with the Indian travel market and its seasonality is a plus.\n\nYou will operate at the intersection of: Supply Technology + Distribution + Data Science + AI-powered Automation\n\nPlatform Reliability solutions.\n\n- Ability to learn flight distribution quickly, and to understand how technical decisions influence reliability, cost and scalability.\n\n- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to work with large datasets, sanity-check your own outputs and deliver insights and recommendations, not just numbers.\n\n- Curiosity about ML and GenAI and their application to supply operations.\n\n- Ability to influence and collaborate across business, engineering, analytics, finance and partner teams.\n\n- High ownership mindset, with the ability to drive work independently from ideation to
