products.\nReimagine travel experiences for an AI-first world, leveraging generative AI, conversational interfaces, and intelligent agents.\nShape how customers discover, plan, book, and manage travel through personalized, proactive, and context-aware experiences.\nPartner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to design human-centered experiences powered by machine intelligence and large language models.\nLead experimentation around emerging interaction paradigms, including AI copilots, travel assistants, and autonomous workflows.\nBuild and scale design systems that support multimodal experiences across screens, voice, and conversational interfaces.\nLead, mentor, and grow a world-class design organization across product design, UX research, and design systems.\nEstablish design processes and operating rhythms that improve quality, consistency, and velocity across teams.\nAdvocate for customer-centric decision-making through research, insights, and data.\nChampion responsible AI principles, ensuring experiences are transparent, trustworthy, and human-centric.\nRaise the bar on design quality, usability, accessibility, and craft across every customer touchpoint.\n\nRequirements: \n16+ years of experience building and leading design teams in high-growth consumer technology companies.\nProven track record of shipping impactful consumer products at scale.\nDeep expertise across product design, interaction design, user research, and design systems.\nExperience building and scaling high-performing design organizations.\nA strong point of view on how AI will reshape consumer experiences and interaction design.\nExperience designing or leading AI-powered products, conversational experiences, recommendation systems, or intelligent workflows is preferred.\nStrong business acumen with the ability to balance customer needs with commercial outcomes.\nExceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nCuriosity and excitement about the future of multimodal, conversational, and agentic interfaces.\nExperience in travel, marketplaces, e-commerce, or other large-scale consumer internet businesses is preferred.\nSkills\nAI, LLM, UX,
