Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies - from measurement & analytics to content production.\nRole Summary:\nWe’re looking for an Events Marketing Manager to drive regional B2B event strategy and execution for our tech client, creating impactful experiences that amplify brand presence and accelerate business growth.\nRole:\nCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define event objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs, ensuring performance is tracked effectively.\nDevelop, manage, and monitor event budgets to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to approved resources.\nServe as the primary liaison for event agencies, vendors, and partners; provide clear briefs and oversee quality execution.\nCoordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Research, Sponsorship, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across all event elements, including content, audience acquisition, event logistics, speaker management, venue sourcing, vendor coordination, AV and technical production, marketing and promotion, and on-site execution.\nAct as the Project Management Office (PMO) for events, managing timelines, deliverables, communications, and mitigating risks for successful execution.\nCompile post-event reports analysing performance against KPIs and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement.\nYou:\nBA/BS degree or equivalent experience.\n8+ years of event marketing or management experience, preferably within B2B environments.\nProven track record managing and executing successful events from inception to completion, on time and within budget.\nOutstanding organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, managing multiple events simultaneously.\nStrong relationship-builder, adept at collaborating with agencies, cross-functional teams, and vendors.\nExperience managing regional or international events is a plus, with willingness to travel across APAC as required.\nOutcome-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality results aligned with business objectives.\nExceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC.\nContract Type: 6 months Fixed Term Contract\nPlease note: due to the high volume of applications, only successful candidates will be contacted with a follow-up introduction email.
