Based in Singapore, you'll set the standards every market follows.\nRole:\nOwn IT infrastructure and security policy group-wide, across all regional markets and delivery hubs\nManage enterprise AI tool and enterprise tool licensing, access controls and usage monitoring across all embedded teams\nBuild and maintain the company AI policy, including human-in-the-loop safeguards, workflow audits and tool usage reporting standards, applied consistently across every client account\nBuild and maintain the company’s data privacy policy, ensuring data privacy compliance across all tools and platforms\nSet data governance standards for country and account teams to implement locally across India, Singapore and other APAC delivery hubs\nOwn group-level compliance across enterprise client relationships, including data residency, cross-border data transfer and client-specific security requirements\nPartner with the AI Strategy & Implementation Manager to evaluate new AI tools before they enter the tested toolset, maintaining tool-agnostic governance as new tools are added\nManage security incidents, as well as access provisioning and revocation, across a distributed, multi-market talent bench\nAct as the central point of contact for client security and compliance audits across all accounts\nMaintain and audit data governance and security across all external tools\nYou:\nBA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security or a related field, or equivalent experience\n7+ years’ experience in IT management, information security or data governance, ideally operating across multiple markets or business units\nWorking knowledge of AI tool risk assessment, including prompt injection, data leakage and model access controls\nProven experience building group-wide policy that is implemented consistently across regional or country teams\nComfortable acting as the governance backbone for a fast-moving, embedded-team business model at scale\nPrior experience in a services, agency or in-house marketing environment is a plus\nPlease note: due to the high volume of applications, only successful candidates will be contacted with a follow-up introduction email.
