This person has high expectations and will not sign off on a room unless it sparkles. Their primary role is train and coach their team on checking rooms and common areas by taking pride on a daily basis to meet the operational standards and ensure that the team and guests needs are met.\nRequested Tasks\nAssign housekeeping tasks to team and inspect the work to ensure standards of cleanliness are met \nSupport Housekeeping Leadership by completing administrative tasks as requested. Creating assignments for Team Members\nInspect the cleaning of guest rooms to achieve a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. \nWork with and train room attendants to ensure daily tasks are completed timely and accurately. \nInspect housekeeping carts and closets to ensure that they are properly stocked. \nEnsure cleanliness of all trash chute rooms by delegating daily assigned work to house porter. \nCommunicate with the Front Office staff of any housekeeping delays or issues and make necessary changes to room status.\nRequested Capabilities\nPrior experience highly preferred\nAttention to detail\nGuest-first mentality\nAbility to efficiently clean multiple rooms and property areas in a timely manner\nBilingual (Spanish + English\nAs part of the Makeready collection, we proudly offer a variety of thoughtful benefits and perks for eligible team members including accommodating PTO/PTO exchange, medical/dental/vision benefits, maternity/paternity leave, pet insurance, company-matched dependent care & 401k, student loan repayment program and a wide range of additional ancillary benefits.
