This role is hands-on and actively involved in loading customer vehicles with furniture, ensuring products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.\nIn addition to customer pick-ups, the Team Lead assists with customer returns, exchanges, and truck returns as needed to support overall workflow, maintain service levels, and ensure smooth product flow across departments.\nSchedule: Will include both weekend days\nPay: $23 per hour\nKey Responsibilities:\nDaily Floor Execution\nCoordinate daily customer pick-up workflow and task assignments.\nEnsure pick-up orders are wrapped, tagged, staged, and ready prior to customer arrival.\nLoad furniture into customer vehicles safely and securely, following proper lifting and loading procedures.\nVerify items are correctly identified and matched to customer orders.\nAssist with resolving order issues prior to or during customer arrival.\nSupport processing of customer returns and exchanges when required.\nAssist with unloading and handling truck returns as directed.\nMaintain organized, clean, and customer-ready pick-up and staging areas.\nCustomer Experience\nGreet and assist customers during the pick-up and return process.\nClearly communicate loading procedures, safety expectations, and next steps with customers.\nEnsure customers receive the correct items in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.\nAddress minor customer concerns and escalate issues to management when appropriate.\nMaintain professionalism and composure during high-volume and peak periods.\nQualifications:\nAble to work in a fast-paced environment with high customer contact.\nPositive/helpful attitude towards management, co-workers and customers.\nAbility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs.\nAble to work at varying heights.\nSelf-motivated.\nRespectful.\nPhysical & Environmental Expectations:\nStand and walk for extended periods.\nLift, push, pull, and maneuver products and equipment weighing up to 150 lbs.\nRepetitive bending, lifting, and arm movements.\nOperate forklifts and work at varying heights.\nWork indoors and outdoors in warehouse conditions including noise, dust, and temperature
