You will also have the chance to collaborate with everyone at Maki.\nMost of the Implementation team’s efforts are currently focused on onboarding our (many) new clients, making sure they can use Maki to its fullest potential and that the impact we promise is delivered. Because we support large Enterprise companies, this is large-scale project management and change management, built hand-in-hand with our clients.\nAbout your mission\nAs an Implementation Intern, you will support our Implementation Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers with a variety of operational tasks while actively contributing to live client projects. Your role is multi-faceted and cuts across several parts of the customer journey, with a strong focus on configuration, testing and cross-team collaboration.\nYour key responsibilities:\nSupport client implementation: Help define candidate journeys, monitor impact, and ensure smooth onboarding.\n\nAI agent configuration: Configure Maki’s AI agents to match each client’s needs and hiring processes.\n\nAI agent testing: Run structured testing loops on the agents, analyze results, and iterate with the IMs and FDEs until the agents perform as intended.\n\nCross-team collaboration: Work with internal teams at Maki, including Science, Tech, Ops and Customer Success Managers, to align configuration with client needs.\n\nProcess optimization: Design and refine key processes to monitor implementations efficiently using ClickUp (our Implementation and Success internal tool).\n\nContribute to strategic projects: Work on initiatives that support large-scale projects and change management for our enterprise clients.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nSharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills: You spot what others miss and enjoy getting to the root of an issue.\n\nExcellent English, spoken and written: You communicate clearly and concisely and can adapt to colleagues or clients.\n\nStartup energy: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities move quickly.\n\nOwnership and an extra-mile mindset: You take responsibility for outcomes and go beyond what is asked.\n\nAnalytical thinking: You can spot patterns in test results, summarize them, and recommend clear next steps.\n\nStrong project organization: You keep multiple workstreams moving with clear trackers and timely follow-ups.\n\nMust have an internship agreement (convention de stage) with a French university\n\nBonus points if you have\nLanguages: You speak more than one language. Maki works with global clients, so this is always a plus.\n\nTools we use every day: You have used ClickUp, Lovable, Cursor or Linear, or you pick up new tools quickly.\n\nA technical streak: You have some coding experience, or you have built something with AI tools, even if it was just for fun.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3013,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"French","level":"All levels","optional":false},{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"France","iso":"FR","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Artificial Intelligence","E-learning","Game Design"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-19T20:07:24Z"},{"event":"close","at":"2026-10-19T23:58:45Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":null,"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/maki-implementation-intern","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/maki-implementation-intern.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-20T04:19:21Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4739,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-21T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":679502},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=679502"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fmaki-implementation-intern"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fmaki-implementation-intern"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fmaki-implementation-intern"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/maki-implementation-intern\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fmaki-implementation-intern"}]}
