This position works closely with Aftermarket leadership to identify trends, measure business performance, improve operational processes, and develop reporting that enhances customer service, project execution, and revenue growth. This is an in office position and will be required to be in the Mason, OH corporate office a minimum of 3 days a week.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES and AUTHORITIES include the following. Others may be assigned.\nBusiness Intelligence & ReportingDevelop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports for the Aftermarket organization.\nAutomate recurring reports and present findings to leadership.\n\nOperational AnalyticsAnalyze proposal activity, project execution, revenue, gross margin, backlog, win/loss rates, resource utilization, and customer response times.\nAnalyze project execution data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.\nMeasure proposal turnaround times and quote conversion.\nSupport workload, staffing, and forecasting.\n\nFinancial AnalysisMonitor revenue, gross margin, backlog, and financial performance.\nDevelop forecasting models and ROI analyses.\nSupport budgeting and strategic planning.\n\nCustomer AnalyticsAnalyze customer purchasing behavior and aftermarket service trends.\nMeasure customer retention and identify growth opportunities.\n\nSystems Administration & Data ManagementMaintain and administer departmental operating systems, including SMQS and SharePoint, ensuring information is accurate, current, and accessible.\nDevelop and maintain standardized data structures, libraries, dashboards, and reporting tools.\nEnsure data accuracy and consistency across SMQS, SharePoint, and other business systems.\nCoordinate system updates, workflow improvements, and user enhancements.\nManage departmental documentation, reporting repositories, templates, and standardized processes within SharePoint.\nSupport implementation of new technologies, reporting tools, and automation initiatives.\n\nContinuous ImprovementPartner with leadership to identify improvement opportunities through data analysis.\nRecommend process changes supported by measurable results.\nParticipate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n3-5 years of analytical experience.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nExperience with Power BI or Tableau.\nStrong SQL knowledge.\nExperience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability work within multiple disciplines in MM and MT.\nProficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE\nBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related
