You have a knack for spotting opportunities to deliver value and do your best work in close partnership with your cross-functional team to create seamless user experiences.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nDevelop a deep understanding of user needs and pain points to inform design decisions and provide guidance on product requirements\nCollaborate closely with the Product Manager to define the user experience of new products and features\nExplore design solutions based on PRDs, gather feedback from the team and users, and synthesize it into a clear design direction. Craft holistic systems, flows and interfaces that scale with the product.\nLead collaboration with the product manager and engineers throughout the design process.\nWork with cross-functional teams where needed to guide design vision at an organization level\nCreate engaging, on-brand marketing materials across various channels, including social media, email campaigns, promotional assets and presentations\nMaintain and update website content, visuals, and layouts to ensure a polished, user-friendly experience that aligns with brand standards and supports marketing initiatives. \nBackground\n3+ years of relevant, in-house product design experience\nProven ability to lead end-to-end design on complex, interconnected products\nExperience collaborating/workshopping closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams\nExcellent communication skills to present design work, explain trade-offs and facilitate design conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders\nStrong visual design skills to help elevate the visual identity of our platform\nComfort with ambiguity and able to adapt your design process to fit the problem in front of you \nStrongly valued\nExperience working for a start-up or small B2B product team\nCurious and self-directed.
